無紡布袋定做時的布色問題

　　無紡布袋定做采用的是無紡布原料，無紡布的色來源于做布時采用的色母粒料，許多沒有做過無紡布袋的顧客，設計圖時做的色彩完全和布色對不上，而設計師本身不懂的無紡布袋定做的原理，導致和顧客溝通不暢。我們先來看下我們的布廠的車間，大家可以看到碩大的機器，以及做好的帶顏色的卷布。

　　現在可以看出，無紡布的生產，特別是無紡布袋定做時，并不是你想要什么色就出什么色的，這不同于紙張印刷，在白紙上通過四色印刷，就可以印刷出各種各樣的色，無紡布并不是有些顧客說的刷上去的，印上去的，噴上去的，有的顧客還會認為布的色在印刷時也會算一個色。這都是對無紡布不了解的情形下產生的。無紡布在生產時，通過常用的色母粒，染色到無紡布的顆料中，再從機器里造出各色的布，這樣表述是比較通俗易懂的，太專業的術語，許多人也看不懂。有的顧客會提出意見，為什么不能按我的色做，回答是肯定可以按你的色做，不過你看下圖中的機器，生產這一個色的布，須經過以下程序，發來色樣，發樣的到色母料廠，色母粒出樣，生產出色母粒，發回布廠，按色樣摻料調和，出布，這是長時間的過程，如果你只要一萬兩萬個袋子，有的甚至一兩千個就要特殊的布色，那么您看下，是不是能做呢？數量太少，如果您的量大，有充足的時間，滿足這兩樣，就可以按您的色出布了。
